Where is my Item?  How long does it take to arrive?

Current production time is 10-14 business days plus 3-5 days for priority mail through USPS.  Production takes place business days only, M-F except on Holidays.  Once your order has been shipped, you will be receiving an automated email informing you of the tracking number.

Please note that we do our very best to get our items out to you as soon as possible, and often times are able to deliver quicker than expected!

Where does this store ship from?

All items are made & shipped right from my shop in Oceanside, CA.



Shipping & Tracking - We can ship to virtually any address in the world. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items.

Domestic packages are shipped via Priority USPS and include tracking but not insurance.  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 3 to 5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. If you opt to not purchase insurance then please be aware that if your package is lost OR damaged through the Postal Service, Arenlace is unfortunately not responsible for it. I will not refund or reship. We cannot be held responsible for uninsured packages that are damaged, lost or delayed by the USPS.

International packages are shipped via Priority International and include tracking and insurance. Priority International is quoted at 6-10 business day delivery but not guaranteed. Arenlace is not responsible for delayed international shipments. You are responsible for any duty, taxes or fees your Country charges for your items to be picked up or delivered. I have no control or responsibility over those.

*Please make sure your billing address and shipping address are correct at the time of check out. We are not responsible for things shipped to the wrong address if they are incorrectly entered during the check out process. If anything is returned for this reason, you will be charged to have it reshipped.

** All IN STOCK items are guaranteed to be delivered in less than 7 business days. If you have not received your order in over 7 business days, 1 or more items in your order are probably on backorder due to high demand. Backordered items can take anywhere from 5 days to 2 weeks to fill- it depends on the item. If you have a question about an order you placed with an out of stock item or would like to change your order to include items that are in stock, you can Contact Us!


We do not take returns, but we do take exchanges within 7 days of receipt. If the exchange is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will cover the cost of shipping.



I am in my shop M-F working on orders and replying to emails.

I try my hardest to answer emails within 24-48 hours. Emails are not generally answered Saturday and Sunday, thank you for understanding.

There is no production or shipping on Holidays.

Are your items handmade?

Yes! We choose the merchandise listed in our shop.  Once they arrive we create designs that are inspired by us, family and friends.  Each piece has different meaning to us and we pour our care and love into every item. Every design is created right in our shop.  If there is something you would like to create contact us.

Do you do  customizing and personalization?

Yes!  We love to hear new ideas from our customers.  We do custom order requests for Wedding Parties, Birthday, Gifts, Plays, Dance, Sports teams.  We also love making personalized gifts.  We create each piece in our shop for your special gift.  Contact us to start designing your order!!



For Personalized Pieces:

I take great pride in my work & put my heart and soul into every item. I enjoy creating beautiful pieces and providing excellent customer service. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on orders that have been customized or personalized in anyway. Please be sure to read the detailed description of the item you are purchasing as it gives information about the type of items I sell and what you can expect to receive.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your item please contact me and I will do my best to be sure you are satisfied!

For Apparel:

All apparel can be exchanged or returned for a store credit within 14 business days. If you are unhappy with the size you receive we are happy to exchange it for you. If you mistakenly order the wrong shirt or wrong size, because each tee is made to order, there will be a $5 restocking fee. Arenlace is not responsible for shipping charges on returns or exchanges.
