Wedding Registry Essentials

Your wedding registry is important!

Who doesn’t love getting pampered and showered with gifts?! It is important to make sure that you have a wedding registry. Fulfill your registry with all the gifts that you want and need. In many instances you are starting a new life together and need new appliance's, cookware, dish sets, etc.

Most times whenever you register they will have a checklist or registry form that you can go off of. We LOVE this wedding registry checklist from The Knot.

We are going to touch on a few wedding registry must haves! Seriously you will want to bookmark this page for when it is time to make the registry.

  • Casserole Dish

It is best to have a casserole dish that has a lid so that it ensures your food won't spill all over the oven. (Image from Crate and Barrel)

  • Blender

  • Slow Cooker

  • Dish Set

You need a beautiful new dish set. I have two dish sets: one for everyday use and one for special ocassions. This is great for an everyday use. (Image from Pottery Barn.com)

  • Toaster

You want to have a toaster with options. Pick the one where you can put four slices in your toaster, it will be more efficient in the long run. (Image from Macys.com)

Some key things about your wedding registry is to make sure that you put your wedding information on your invitations so people can purchase stuff for you. You will be spoiled with some new gifts. Make sure to pick a place that allows easy returns for returns incase you get duplicates.

Most of the time is always best to have a physical registry rather than online just because of the fact that you can walk into the store see and touch items. There is nothing worse than being disappointed because a photograph online wasn’t what you tought it would be.
